Two Meat Sandwich
Our sandwiches come with approximately 1/3 of a pound of meat on a buttered and toasted bun.
Pork Ribs
Moist brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight. Moist is marbled with fat.
Pork Loin
About 4-6 Ribs per pound. Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them. They are seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
Half Chicken
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.
Sandwich
Our sandwiches come with approximately 1/3 pound of the meat of your choice and a buttered and toasted bun.
Rudy's Chopped
Brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight.
Baby Back Ribs
Chopped up Brisket cooked with our Rudy’s Original Bar-B-Q "Sause."
1/2 lb Pulled Pork
About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.
Whole Regular Sausage
Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
